1. Professionalism & Ethical Conduct: I will engage with my mentor/mentee respectfully and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in accordance with my jurisdiction’s Law Society Rules of Professional Conduct.
2. Confidentiality: I will not disclose confidential or privileged information shared in mentorship discussions unless required by law.
3. Non-Liability of CANL: I understand that CANL only facilitates connections between legal professionals and is not responsible for mentorship interactions, disputes, or any professional/legal outcomes arising from the mentorship relationship.
4. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior will result in removal from the platform. CANL reserves the right to restrict access at its discretion.
